Acting for Insurance Companies in defence against claims for compensation, as well as pursuing recoveries on behalf of insurance companies. Matters ongoing and others have been settled out of court.
- Acted as the claimant’s Advocates in a claim concerning unfair and wrongful termination and discrimination. Court agreed with our submissions and granted compensation.
- Acted as counsel for the Respondent Employer in a claim for damages for unfair and wrongful termination. Court agreed with our submissions that the Claimant left voluntarily and dismissed the Cause.
Acted as the defence team for the incumbent Senator whose election was under challenge. We applied for the Petition to be struck out. The application was granted in a detailed and well considered ruling
